Biography

Donald Dowd is an American filmmaker with movies that range from independent cinema to mainstream motion pictures. He operates in the industry primarily as a writer/director, music composer and screen actor. In addition, he serves as a public educator, reservist and global volunteer for humanitarian aid, emergency management and disaster relief.
